  • Project title: Background and Human Body Part Segmentation
  • Contributed and collaborated effectively as a team member in image segmentation project.
  • Remove cluttered background as well as segmenting different body parts from a human body image.
  • Experiment with various CNN network such as, U-Net, SegNet and PSPNet
  • The final PSPNet model is trained with only 100 images and achieved Mean Intersection over Union score of 0.97
  • Development experienced with python, pytorch, google colab

  • Designed and developed an improved framework that perform automatic medical image segmentation using unsupervised domain adaptation approach.
  • Proposed model achieved Mean Dice Score of 0.8108
  • Resulting model framework achieved rank 6 out of 75 in the CrossMoDA post-challenge
  • Submitted a conference paper in AII2022 based on the proposed model (Update: Paper accepted)
